INDOPLAS, INDOPACK and INDOPRINT 2022 draw strong attendance at first in-person trade fairs in 4- years

The 3-in-1 co-located events of INDOPLAS, INDOPACK and INDOPRINT under the banner of The Indonesian International Plastics, Packaging and Printing Exhibitions, closed its doors earlier this month on a highly positive note as it exceeded expectations with 14,905 trade visitors from 23 countries and regions. As the first in-person edition of the exhibitions after a 4-year hiatus due to the pandemic, INDOPLAS, INDOPACK and INDOPRINT proved to be the exhibitions of choice for the 126 exhibiting companies from 14 countries and regions which included China, Germany, India, the Netherlands, Singapore and South Korea among others.

Indonesia’s leading trade exhibition delivering high-efficiency solutions, machinery and production services for the plastics, printing and packaging industries will take place from 31 August to 3 September, at JI Expo, Jakarta. This edition, the first full in-person format since 2018, will see an encouraging international showcase of exhibitors from 15 countries, presenting in-trend plastic, packaging and printing technologies and solutions to meet Indonesia’s growing market demands.

Messe Düsseldorf Asia and joint organiser Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur, PT (WAKENI), have made the decision to move the upcoming edition of INDOPLAS, INDOPACK, and INDOPRINT to 31 August – 3 September 2022. The Indonesian International Plastics, Packaging and Printing Exhibition was originally planned for 13 – 16 October 2021. As Indonesia’s leading all-in-one exhibition focusing on innovative technologies and solutions from the co-related plastics, packaging and printing sectors, the venue for the 3-in-1 mega exhibition remains unchanged at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo), Indonesia.

The Indonesian International Plastics, Packaging and Printing Exhibitions, INDOPLAS, INDOPACK and INDOPRINT, welcomed 24,918 trade visitors from 31 countries, when it closed its door on a highly positive note on 22 September at Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran, Indonesia. This represented a 10 per cent increase over the last edition in 2016. The predominantly local visitors came from diverse industries such as automotive and transportation, building and construction, chemical, food and beverage, graphic arts and printing houses, retail, pharmaceutical and more.
